Free Autism & ADHD Booklets, Printables & Parent Resources

As a mum raising a child with autism and ADHD, I found most resources were good… but they didn’t quite fit our needs.

And that’s OK, because as we all know, every child’s needs are different. The way they connect with these tools? It’s never going to be a perfect fit for every young person.

So I pulled together every scrap of skill I had from writing and graphic design to autism training and ADHD living, and started creating my own.

A more practical, more relatable, and less textbook-perfect option. A bunch of free autism and ADHD resources that will (hopefully) tick more boxes than a carefully stacked domino design... And yes, I'm talking from experience on that one!

Simple. Visual. And designed with the chaos of parenting firmly in mind.

The first free booklets are ready to download and doodle on. And this page will keep growing with additional Autism and ADHD guides, older child editions, and more printable resources for families just like ours, figuring it out as we go.

My Buddy, Autism
Free
Downloadable Booklet

In this booklet, Autism isn’t a label but instead is pictured as a friend. Children are encouraged to imagine how they and their 'Buddy' live side by side, with quirks, strengths and challenges included.

Through simple visuals and gentle prompts, this 7-page booklet helps younger children (if asked, I'd probably suggest for the under-10s group, but every kid is different, so go with what feels right for you and yours) explore what makes them unique, and opens up conversations with parents, teachers and classmates. It’s designed to be practical, positive, and easy to use in real life.

PS - There's no sign-up or email address needed. to access these resources.
